How fast will you respond?
Most tickets get a first response within one business day. Sales and partnership enquiries are usually answered the same business day.
What are your support hours?
We are open 24/7 - we do not keep EU business hours. Submit a ticket any time and we pick it up in order, around the clock.
Can I just email you?
No - you cannot email us directly. You need to register a free account and open a ticket. Emails from people who are not registered customers are automatically filtered and rejected, so they never reach us.
How do I report a security issue?
Open a ticket marked security, or contact us directly. We take responsible disclosure seriously - it is part of how we keep our #NeverBeenHacked record.
