How does billing work?

Memberships are billed monthly and you can change or cancel any time from your dashboard. The flat platform fee is only charged on completed work, taken automatically at payout - there is nothing to invoice or reconcile.

What exactly is the platform fee?

A flat 10% on the value of completed work (lower on paid memberships). It covers escrow, fraud protection, identity verification and support. There are no listing fees, no setup fees and no withdrawal penalties.

Every deal is escrow-secured. If work is not delivered as agreed, funds stay in escrow and our resolution process decides the outcome - refunds are returned to the buyer rather than disappearing.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, any time. You keep access until the end of the billing period, then drop back to the free Starter plan - your account, history and reputation stay intact.

As a host of third-party content, Internetivo is not responsible for content posted by Users or node operators, in accordance with applicable law and our Content Moderation and Notice-and-Action Policy. To report illegal or infringing content, contact us by opening an abuse ticket.

7. Liability for Links

This Platform may contain links to external websites operated by third parties. Internetivo has no control over the content of those external sites and accepts no responsibility for them. Responsibility for linked content lies with its respective operator. If we become aware of an unlawful linked page, we will remove the link.
